Hi, I’m Karrie B. ND, a former engineer turned certified Naturopath. After years of solving complex systems problems in tech, I turned that same mindset toward health — beginning with my own.
Today, I help driven, discerning individuals take a strategic approach to wellness. I believe your health should support your ambitions, not stand in the way of them. My practice combines root cause non-invasive health evaluations with time-tested, evidence-informed nutritional and naturopathic strategies — all tailored to your body, your goals, and your lifestyle.
